Solar energy for hotels
Stable energy costs for years, and backup when the grid fails.
Energy is one of the largest operating costs in a hotel. A well-designed solar system turns it into margin, without closing for a single day.

Where does your hotel's energy go?
What solar energy does for you
The sun works when your hotel consumes most
Peak solar generation lines up with peak cooling and daytime operations: maximum self-consumption, faster payback.
Installed without closing for a day
We plan in phases and work in windows that do not affect your guests.
A heated pool, on sunlight
We combine photovoltaics with efficient heating for pools and hot water, one of the heaviest costs on the bill.
Tax benefits
Deduct up to 50% of the investment from income tax, plus VAT exclusion (Law 1715 and Law 2099). Your accountant will thank you.
A sustainable brand that sells
Travellers reward sustainable hotels: solar is visible, measurable and easy to communicate to your guests.
Financing and PPA
From credit and leasing to PPA contracts where you only pay for the energy generated, with no upfront investment.
Frequently asked questions
Will the installation interrupt hotel operations?
No. Rooftop work does not affect operations, and electrical connections are scheduled in low-consumption windows, coordinated with your maintenance team.
What about the hotel's night-time consumption?
An on-grid system covers daytime consumption — the most expensive — and the grid covers the night. If night tariffs or outages justify it, we assess batteries.
What is a typical payback for a hotel?
Between 3 and 6 years depending on tariff, occupancy and load profile, with equipment warranted for 25 years: the rest is profit.
Do you serve hotels outside the main cities?
Yes. We install across Colombia, including remote tourist areas where battery backup is even more valuable.
