Mini farm neighbours
Solar energy without installing anything on your roof.
A nearby mini farm can supply the homes and businesses in its area. We're registering interest to decide where to build the next ones: the more neighbours in an area, the sooner it arrives.
Join the waiting listThis isn't for sale yet
Let's be upfront: today we don't have a mini farm selling energy to neighbours. This page exists to learn where real interest is and build there first. Signing up commits you to nothing, and we won't charge you or ask for payment details.
How it would work
- 1
You sign up
You tell us where you live or work and roughly how much you use per month.
- 2
We group by area
When an area gathers enough interest and there's a viable plot nearby, the mini farm goes into study.
- 3
We share the terms
Before building, those signed up in that area receive the concrete terms: how it's contracted, how it's billed, what savings apply.
- 4
You consume with no works
The energy arrives through the same grid as always. No panels, inverters or installation on your property.
Who it's for
Homes without a suitable roof
Flats, houses with a small, shaded or worn roof, or anyone who simply doesn't want works.
Businesses that rent
Shops, offices and warehouses where the roof isn't yours and you can't touch it.
Communities and estates
Several neighbours in the same area who want to draw from a single nearby source.
What this page is not
Not an offer: there's no tariff or saving to promise yet.
Not a subscription: nothing is charged for signing up.
Not an installation: if you want panels on your roof, that's a different thing — and one we do very well.
Frequently asked questions
How much would I save?
We don't know yet, which is why we don't say. Savings depend on your area's tariff, how the contract is structured and the regulation in force when the farm operates. You'll know before signing anything.
When will there be a mini farm near me?
It depends on how many neighbours sign up in your area and on there being a viable plot. The waiting list is precisely the tool to decide where to build first.
What happens to my current bill?
You stay connected to your usual utility. The specific scheme — how the farm's energy is credited on your bill — is set by the applicable regulation, and we'll explain it before you contract.
I'd rather have panels on my roof. Can I?
Yes, and it's what we do most. Upload your bill to the AI Solar Engineer and get your proposal in minutes.
